Made from the pergola’s support post, it features an access panel measuring 130 mm x 130 mm x 1500 mm in length. The module is mounted centrally on the pergola frame along its width, ensuring discreet integration with the structure. The BOX not only protects the control elements from weather conditions but also enhances the overall aesthetics of the pergola.
BRUSH SEAL IN THE GUTTER
In the pergola frame, both in the single and double crown, there is a brush seal placed in the gutter section, responsible for collecting water from the slatted roof. When the roof is closed, this seal adheres to the sides of the slats, effectively reducing splashing and water seepage during rainfall. This solution increases the comfort of using the pergola on rainy days, providing better protection against water.

A new type of seal has been used in the pergola slats, providing maximum tightness between the roof slats. The pergola crown with the gutter is made as a single extruded profile, which has eliminated visible joints on the underside of the structure, namely at the connection of the gutter with the pergola crown. This also removed the need to connect the gutter with screws or to use sealing compound.

The control bar for the slats in the WIN CLIMATIC S400 pergola is hidden inside the structure, which provides a better visual effect. In most pergolas available on the market, control bars are mounted on the top part of the slats on both sides of the pergola, making them visible from the outside and diminishing the aesthetics of the entire louvered pergola.
INTEGRATED PERIMETER GUTTERS AS STANDARD
Thanks to the use of integrated perimeter guttering as standard, water can circulate freely around the pergola without the risk of overflowing during heavy rainfall. The integrated gutters in the crown additionally reinforce the entire structure, allowing it to transfer and withstand significantly greater loads.
INNOVATIVE INTEGRATED WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM
Each WIN CLIMATIC S400 pergola is equipped with an innovative system for draining rainwater from the entire roof. Elbows placed inside the pergola posts ensure tightness and eliminate any leaks at the profile joints. The entire drainage system uses a drainpipe with a diameter of 54/63 mm, made in a single section, which further increases the durability and reliability of the entire structure.
PROTECTIVE GRID AGAINST CONTAMINATION
The drainage system is standardly equipped with grids that prevent any debris such as leaves, needles, small branches, etc. from entering the elbows and the downspout funnel.
TIGHT INSTALLATION OF SIDE SCREENS
Thanks to the additional chambers in the pergola profiles, side screens such as WIN PANELS, WIN SCREEN, and WIN GLASS can be safely installed without concerns about the tightness of the connections, completely eliminating leaks.

Each of the available slats has been designed so that during smooth rotation up to 135°, water remains on the slat and flows directly into the perimeter gutters instead of entering the interior of the pergola. In the case of a fully closed roof (0°), the shape and tilt of the slats allow efficient drainage of water, even during heavy rainfall.
POSSIBILITY OF USING BOTTOM AND SIDE DRAINS
In the support post with an inspection opening, water drainage is carried out using a flexible PVC downpipe with a diameter of 54/63 mm, made in a single section. This solution allows the use of both bottom and side drainage. The flexible pipe also provides easy access to electrical control units and installations, with the added advantage of enabling height adjustment of the side drain.

INNOVATIVE MOUNTING AND SHAPE OF LED PROFILES INTEGRATED WITH THE GUTTER
Three models of LED profiles integrated with the gutter are available. The profiles feature innovative mounting locks, eliminating the need to attach them to the gutter with screws or adhesive, which speeds up installation. The shape of the profiles has been designed so that the white LED strip is directed downward at an angle, illuminating the entire interior of the pergola. The second, colored RGB LED strip, located in the same profile, is directed upward to illuminate the pergola structure and roof, creating an extraordinary atmospheric ambiance in the evening.

Additionally, the closing profile features an integrated seal that ensures proper sealing of the entire structure.

The LED covers used in the WIN CLIMATIC S400 pergola are color-matched to the slats or the structure. The covers are individually extruded in light and dark colors, which provides a better visual effect for the entire structure. In most pergolas available on the market, the covers are available only in white or milky shades, without matching the color scheme of the structure, which negatively affects the aesthetics – for example, using a white cover in an anthracite or black structure. Our proprietary cover system is extruded in long sections, which helps avoid most visible joints, ensuring a consistent and aesthetic appearance.
