In the support post with a revision, water drainage is achieved using a flexible PVC downspout pipe with a diameter of 54/63 mm, made in a single piece. Each of our louvers is additionally reinforced, featuring ribs and chambers that increase the overall roof’s durability. The louvers have a modern, simple shape – they are perfectly flat on the inside of the pergola, without any curves or embossing, which makes the entire roofing create a uniform, modern surface.
INNOVATIVE MOUNTING AND SHAPE OF LED PROFILES INTEGRATED WITH THE GUTTER
Two models of LED profiles integrated with the gutter are available. The profiles are equipped with innovative mounting locks that eliminate the need to fasten them to the gutter with screws or glue, significantly speeding up and simplifying installation. The profile shape is designed so that the white LED strip is directed downward at an angle, illuminating the entire interior of the pergola. The second RGB LED strip, located in the same profile is directed upward illuminating.

The covers are individually stamped in both light and dark colors, providing a better visual effect for the entire structure. Most pergolas on the market feature covers in only white or frosted colors, without matching the structure’s color scheme, which negatively affects the aesthetics— such as using a white cover in an anthracite or black structure. Our own cover system is stamped in long sections, avoiding most visible connections and ensuring a consistent and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
THE POSSIBILITY OF INSTALLING A HEATER IN THE PERGOLA STRUCTURE ALONG WITH WIN SCREEN SHADES OR THE WIN GLASS
Thanks to the innovative pergola design and the dual-chamber gutter, it is possible to mount a heat radiator directly on to the pergola structure, in combination with WIN SCREEN external blinds or the WIN GLASS sliding tempered glass system. The heaters electrical wiring is concealed within a special chamber in the main crown, protecting the installation from external factors such as rain or snow.

The structure is snow-resistant, with one of the best snow load results in the world, capable of withstanding up to 318 kg/m2 depending on the size and model of the structure. INTEGRATED SEALING GASKET BETWEEN THE CROWN AND THE LOUVERS
Thanks to the use of an integrated sealing gasket between the crown and the louvers, the gap between the profiles has been eliminated. This innovative solution completely removes any gaps when the roof is closed and effectively protects the pergola interior from dirt and rain. Additionally, it significantly enhances the aesthetics of the pergola compared to other constructions available on the market.
FASTER AND EASIER ASSEMBLY OF INTEGRATED LED LIGHTING
All LED components are prepared in our factory to maximize and simplify the assembly process. The LED strip is factory-mounted on an aluminum profile, soldered, and equipped with quick connectors. Controllers and central units are installed inside the structure and programmed to work with the remote control. The LED lighting includes complete, described wiring that is properly distributed throughout the structure. Service technicians only need to connect the quick connectors and power the controller. This makes the installation of the lighting faster and easier, saving time and money for our customers compared to other solutions available on the market
PROGRAMMING AND CONFIGURATION OF ALL AUTOMATION INCLUDED AS STANDARD
All purchased control units, controllers, and accessories for the pergola are pre- programmed and configured free of charge in our factory to speed up and simplify the installation at the final location. All devices are programmed and assigned to the appropriate remote control. The ordered pergola comes with complete, labeled wiring, which is distributed throughout the structure.
The technicians’ work is limited to connecting the quick connectors and powering the system.
NO LEAKS BETWEEN THE PERGOLA CONNECTION AND THE WALL THANKS TO THE FLASHING DETAILING
All potential leaks at the connection between the pergola and the wall have been eliminated thanks to the metal flashing, produced in our factory. The flashing is available in standard shapes and can also be customized to meet the client’s specific needs. The color of the flashing is selected from 13 colors in the WIN CLIMATIC S500 palette or can be painted in any RAL color.
LED LIGHTING
The most extensive offering on the market of integrated lighting configurations within the pergola structure provides the ability to choose the type of lighting, colors, brightness, and light temperature. Regardless of the selected option, you can conveniently control the lighting using the pergola’s remote control.

We offer a wide selection of standard colors for the structure! The construction is powder-coated in seven colors from the standard WIN CLIMATIC S500 palette. Additionally, there is the possibility of custom powder coating in any color from the RAL palette or in wood-like finishes.

The WIN CLIMATIC S500 pergola meets the requirements of the PN-EN 1090-1 to PN- EN 1090-3 standards, introduced by the Polish Committee for Standardization for steel and aluminum structures, which is confirmed by the product’s CE marking.

All profiles used in the production of the pergola are coated exclusively in a powder coating facility with a QUALICOAT quality certification, ensuring high quality and durability of the paint finish.
